Dylan Lorenz is an audiovisual archivist and time-based media conservator based in New York City.

He has worked as an Assistant Conservator in the Modern and Contemporary Art Collection at the Denver Art Museum, a Media Archivist at Jenny Holzer Studio, and an Audiovisual Archivist at Studio Amie Siegel, the music documentary production studio MLF Productions and the non-profit youth organization Educational Video Center. He has interned at NYU Fales Library Special Collections, the American Field Service Intercultural Programs (AFS Archives), and the film scanning and restoration house Cineric, Inc. He has an MA in Moving Image Archiving and Preservation from NYU and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
